La XXVIII Conferencia Anual de ALACDE, evento estrictamente presencial, tendrá como tema central de investigación el ANÁLISIS ECONÓMICO DEL DERECHO, LAS TEORÍA DEL COMPORTAMIENTO Y LAS NUEVAS TENDENCIAS EN EL ÁMBITO REGULATORIO con énfasis en un escenario de cambio institucional. Los trabajos de investigación que se aborden desde estas áreas temáticas serán evaluados (a cargo de la Universidad Javeriana de Colombia y el IAED Palermo) para su publicación en el libro Derecho y Economía: Debates Contemporáneos – 4ta Edición (TIRANT LO BLANCH), entre otros espacios.
Este congreso representa espacio académico de alto nivel donde se exponen los desarrollos e ideas más recientes en Derecho & Economía (general) y Análisis Económico del Derecho (específico). El congreso se organiza en sesiones plenarias y temáticas. Su objetivo es reunir a investigadores/as del Derecho y Economía, y generar un espacio de difusión y divulgación de sus aportes a la sociedad y academia.
